Perinatal therapy that actually helps your nervous system change — not just understand why it reacts.

Therapy shouldn’t just explain why you react — it should help your brain update.

as psychologists we use evidence-based trauma therapy with practical support for the perinatal period.
Sessions are designed to help your nervous system update — so the reactions that have been holding you back actually shift.
This approach is most effective for people who:
- Are coping outwardly but feel reactive or anxious internally
- Have tried therapy before without lasting change
- Are parenting while still carrying trauma from birth, loss, or early attachment experiences

As a psychologist I specialise in perinatal and parenting-related trauma.
Becoming a parent can activate old attachment patterns, birth trauma, loss, identity shifts, and nervous system overwhelm in ways that surprise even high-functioning adults. I work primarily with parents who are coping externally but feel internally reactive, anxious, or stuck.
